Dominance – the D style

The dominance style is often seen as a leader, an authority, and work quickly and impressively by themselves. They work to overcome obstacles in order to reach their goals. The D style prefers the freedom to manage themselves and others, using their leadership skills to get results. The D styles have strong delegation skills, which parallels with their need to have control over things. D’s are seen as independent, competitive and unafraid to initiate change.
